Larry Clark Larry Clark

Born in the United States in 1943. He began his photography career in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he returned after completing military service in the 60s.
While entrusting his thoughts on the lost adolescence, the actual situation of teenagers drowning in drugs is recorded as a naked monochrome report.
It was announced as a photo book "TULSA" ('71) and shocked society.

It was a mystery as a photographer for a long time after that, but he also faced the boys' unreachable desires.
On the front stage with "Teenage Lust" ('83).Rather than seeing him as the madness of modern America, he is more about adolescent pureness.
The movement to re-evaluate as an approach has increased in the art world in the 90's, and artist Mike Kelley has become a charismatic presence such as showing resonance.

Debuted as a film director with "KIDS" ('95) with the help of director Martin Scorsese and others.
Since then, he has been energetically making films such as "Ken Park" ('02) and "Marfa Girl" ('12).
