    QI want to know about shipping methods

    * Products can be shipped within Japan and overseas.

    When checking, please have the "tracking number" provided in the email "Order number #●●●● has been shipped successfully" sent to you after the product is shipped.

    QHow many days will it take for the order to be delivered?

    Although this may vary depending on the number of orders, we will ship your order sequentially within 2-3 business days from the date of your order.

    QHow much are the shipping and handling charges?

    Cash on delivery is a method of paying cash to the delivery company (Sagawa Express) when the product arrives at the customer's destination.

    At the time of delivery of the product, please select the payment method that is convenient for you from [cash / credit card / debit card] and pay in exchange for the product.
    The cash on delivery fee is as follows.

     Less than 1 yen 330 yen
     1 yen or more and less than 3 yen 440 yen
     3 yen or more and less than 10 yen 660 yen
     From 10 yen to 30 yen 1,100 yen

    QCan I use a credit card for cash on delivery?

    Credit cards can also be used for cash on delivery. Please show it to the delivery company when you pick it up.

    QWhat kind of payment service is Shop Pay?

    This is a payment service provided by the online shopping system Shopify.

  • About returns and exchanges

    QIs it possible to return or exchange the ordered item?

    If the product you receive is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will handle the return or exchange at our expense.

    If the customer wishes to return or exchange the item due to reasons such as the item is different from the image or the size does not fit, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
    Both items will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

    QIs it possible to return items ordered from the online store to the store?

    Items purchased from the online store cannot be returned or exchanged at the store.

    QAre there any conditions for returns or exchanges?
